The Case Study competition is open to students in the age category of 17 – 26 years who are currently
pursuing full-time regular/offline courses in engineering and management colleges in their respective
State/UT.
There is no registration/participation fee in the case study competition.
Any number of teams from a college can register for the contest.
Each team must have a minimum of two and a maximum of three members.
All the members of a team should be from the same college.
The topic for the case study will be announced in advance for each State/UT.
All registered teams should submit their solutions via a Case Submission.
Case Submission is to be done in a PDF file with team details.
Only one submission will be accepted from a team.
From the case contest submissions received in each State/UT, the TOP 20 entries will be selected for an
online screening session.
In this screening session, they will have to present their ideas to the jury.
In each State/UT – the TOP 5 submissions will be selected for the Technovate for India Conclave Finale.
These 5 teams will present their ideas on-stage at the Technovate for India Conclave to a Jury, who will
award the first, second, and third prizes.
Prize money for the first 3 teams is Rs.50,000/-, Rs.40,000/-, and Rs.30,000/- respectively. (TDS
applicable)
The organizers reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions of this competition or
withdraw it at any point in time, in case of circumstances beyond their control.
Participants are liable for disqualification if the details submitted via the registration form are
found to be untrue or false.
The participation of any team selected for the Technovate for India Conclave Finale is solely the
responsibility of the team members. The organizers will not be responsible for the travel & logistics
for any participating teams.
The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur due to the discontinuance
or cancellation of the contest, resulting from legal, regulatory, or other unavoidable circumstances
beyond their control.
The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance or cancellation at the earliest.
The organizers are not responsible for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the contest
mechanics by participants.
The organizers shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by participants during the contest.
TDS will be applicable as per Section 194B of the IT Act 1961 on all cash prizes.
The organizers reserve the right to use contestants’ names, images, video footage, voices, and/or
likeness for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and other purposes, without any further
compensation, in any media for an unlimited period of time.
By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
