The Problem Statement being – Digital Skilling of workforce. A big part of workforce in MP involved in agriculture, but with companies in industries like textile, automobile, IT, automation and manufactiring making big investments in the state, the work force has much to gain, but lack of digital skills is a hinderance. So - Design a technology-driven skill development solution for Madhya Pradesh’s workforce, focusing on emerging industries like IT, manufacturing and automation. The solution should be scalable and inclusive and enhance the quantity and quality of skilled professionals.
